You saved me from a life of misery and brought me out of the cold. You taught me to think of others before I think of myself. You taught me the importance of my family, and to love them no matter what. Your kisses are the most tender and comforting thing my body has ever experienced. Your radiance and beauty seemed to have purged my heart of all evil, and in its place? Love. You have surrounded my life with happiness, happiness that I never thought I’d be able to have.
Most importantly, you taught me how to love myself. You embrace every flaw and accept me for everything I am, and everything I am not.
You took who I was, and showed me who I could be with you, and I loved what I saw.
